Ambassador of Israel in Nepal His Excellency Hanan Goder Goldberger honoured founder of Seto Gurans National Child Development Services Ms Agatha Pakhrin Thapa for her endless efforts, compassion, dedication and commitment for the children amidst a program organized by Bikalpa Gyan Tatha Bikas Kendra to celebrate its 20th Anniversary in Kathmandu on Friday, February 9, 2023. Also, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representative, Nepal Hon. Indira Rana was honoured in the program.
