Indeed, change is possible: Shivraj Municipality, Kapilvastu, Lumbini Province has furnished most of the ECED centre and grade 1 classrooms with child-friendly seating management and six learning areas, which enhances the learning experience and supports children's development across multiple areas.

There are a total of 70 ECED centers and 52 grade 1 at the Shivraj municipality.
