माननीय शिक्षामन्त्रीज्यूलाई ध्यानाकर्षणपत्र !

A Letter of Attention (ध्यानाकर्षणपत्र ) for addressing the constitutional rights related to the right of early child development in the bill that is being prepared to amend and unify the laws related to school education — was submitted to the Hon. Minister Ashok Kumar Rai, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology — by the Hon. Members of Federal ECD Caucus, Hon. Dr Bimala Rai Paudyal, Hon. Satya Pahadi, Hon Shushila Shrestha and Hon. Rupa Soshi Chaudhary.

The letter was especially focused on “how the concept and programs of early childhood development can be included in the headings such as definition, language, school establishment and management, teachers management, responsibility of state and local government regarding education." The delegation team of Hon. Members requested Hon. Minister Ashok Kumar Rai for coordination and guidance to include these subjects in the draft bill and make the bill meet the needs of children.
