The training is being conducted with the support from UNICEF Nepal in collaboration with the Government of Nepal; Ministry of Education, Science and Technology; Center for Education and Human Resource Development, by Seto Gurans National Child Development Services.
This capacity-enhancement training is a part of the UNICEF Nepal supported project "Strengthening Early Childhood Education and Development in Nepal through implementation of Early Learning Development Standards", which is being implemented by the Seto Gurans NCDS in 14 local governments covering 4 provinces of Nepal.
The authorities (education, health and other concerned sections) form local governments: Laljhadi Rural Municipality, Bhajani Municipality, Beldandi Rural Municipality, Kailari Rural Municipality, Dhanauji Rural Municipality, Rolpa Municipality, Khandachakra Municipality, and Kanakasundari Rural Municipality; and ECD coordinators, who are stationed to work at above mentioned local governments, are also taking part in the event.
