Seto Gurans National Child Development Services (SGNCDS), with support from UNICEF Nepal, invites applications from qualified individual consultants to develop a Parenting Education (PE) Package for Parents of Adolescents aged 9–19 years. The package will complement the existing national Parenting Education Package for parents of children aged 0–8 years and will be developed in coordination with Center for Education and Human Resource Development (CEHRD), Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST) and relevant stakeholders.

Assignment Duration

• Start Date: 1 January 2026

• End Date: 31 March 2026

• Duration: 90 working days

Key Responsibilities

• Review existing parenting education resources, adolescent development literature, and national policies

• Develop a culturally relevant PE package (approx. 10 sessions) including session guidelines and facilitation materials

• Facilitate stakeholder consultation and validation workshops

• Finalize and present the package to CEHRD and UNICEF

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Master’s degree in psychology, education, social work, public health, or related fields

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in parenting education and/or development of national-level packages

• Strong understanding of adolescent issues, gender equality, inclusion, and non-discrimination

• Excellent writing and communication skills in Nepali

Submission Requirements

• Technical proposal (methodology and work plan)

• Financial proposal with detailed budget

• Updated CV and experience verification letter

• Legal documents (citizenship, academic certificates, PAN)
