Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) for development of the local level ECD Framework/Guideline and Its Endorsement based on National ECD Strategy 2077-2088.

Seto Gurans National Child Development Services is a pioneer organization in the field of Early Childhood Development at the national, district, and community levels. It is an Educational Non-governmental Organization and has been working since its establishment in 1979 in advocacy introducing various modules for children, parents, SMC/PTA, community, and other stakeholders.

SGNCDS has been implementing the Unicef Nepal-supported project entitled "Strengthening Early Childhood Education and Development in Nepal through the implementation of Early Learning Development Standards" in collaboration with and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST), Centre for Education and Human Resource Development (CEHRD) and respective Local Governments. 

Under this project, SGNCDS is requesting an Expression of Interest (EOI) from an eligible individual consultant/consultancy firm for the development of the local level Early Childhood Development (ECD) Framework / Guideline and Its Endorsement based on National ECD Strategy 2077-2088.

Selection criteria for eligible individual/consultancy firm is specified in the ToR: Link for Terms of Reference (TOR). 

Eligible and interested consultant/consultancy firms are requested to go through the ToR and submit a soft copy of the technical and financial proposal clearly mentioning the subject line "Development of local level ECD Framework/Guideline" in our following email address:
