Seto Gurans National Child Development Services is a pioneer organization in the field of Early Childhood Development, a Non-Governmental Organization, working since its establishment in 1979 in advocacy; introducing various training modules for teachers, parents, SMC/PTA, community and other stakeholders.

Seto Gurans is requesting an Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible firms/individual to conduct a Rapid Need Assessment within Karnali Province, Sudurpashchim Province and Madhesh Province comprising 3 Local Government: Khandchakra Municipality of Kalikot District, Chandrapur Municipality of Rautahat District and Mangalsen Municipality of Achham District under the 'Strengthening the Inclusion of Children with Disabilities (CWD) in Early Childhood Education and Development (ECED)' program supported by Unicef Nepal and jointly implemented by Handicap International and Seto Gurans National Child Development Services.

Selection criteria for eligible individual/consultancy firm is specified in the ToR which can be accessed at
