Karmacharya family donates Seto Gurans NCDS!

Ms Rajya Laxmi Nakarmi, her husband Mr Binod Kumar Karmacharya and daughter Ms Bipasana Karmacharya joined the helping hands with Seto Gurans National Child Development Services to build its building in Harisiddhi, Lalitpur. Ms Nakarmi and her family donated with NPR 300,000. She handed over the cheque to Chairperson Mr Jaya Ram Giri amidst a program at Seto Gurans NCDS office on 17th January 2020.

Ms Nakarmi — Treasurer of Seto Gurans NCDS Executive Board — is the former ECD section Chief at Department of Education, Ministry of Education, Nepal. She served for 38 years in education sector in different capacities including school teacher, assistant lecturer in Tribhuvan University, health and physical education specialist, school curriculum specialist, chief/district education office. Besides, she also worked in NGOs in different fields such as disability, inclusive education, child rights, women’s rights and empowerment, and parental education. She joined the Seto Gurans NCDS in 2013 and since then she held the position of Treasurer.
