Provincial ECD Caucus Formed!

Consultation Program on Early Childhood Development (ECD) with Provincial Assembly Members, Concerned Ministries and Stakeholders concluded on 15th November 2019 in Province-3. The two-day consultation program was organized by Federal ECD Caucus in collaboration with Province Government, Province-3, technical support by Seto Gurans NCDS and support from Plan International.

The program was honoured by Chief Minister of Province-3 Hon Mr Dormani Poudel as the chief guest and chaired by Hon Ms Satya Pahadi, Member of House of Representatives, Federal ECD Caucus Coordinator. Hon Dr Bimala Rai Poudyal, Member of National Assembly, and Hon Sita Kumari Paudel, Former CA Member, and Minister of Social Development Hon Mr Yub Raj Dulal, Members of Provincial Assembly along with ECD Expert and Federal ECD Caucus Secretariat Seto Gurans NCDS representative Ms Kunti Rana and other staff were present in the program, which successfully formed a 12-Member Provincial ECD Caucus in Province-3.
