Provincial ECD Caucus formed in Province-5!

A 15-member Provincial ECD Caucus in Province-5 was formed amidst a consultations program on 29th December 2019. Hon Dama Sharma is Coordinator, while Hon Rama Aryal and Hon Than Kumari Thapa are named Joint-coordinator and Secretary respectively. Hon Dr Krishna Prasad Neupane, Hon Mala Gotame (Sunar), Hon Gita Thapa, Hon Bhagwati Bhanadari, Hon Rama Gharti, Hon Nirmala Chhetri, Hon Lauti Tharu, Hon Tej Bahadur Oli, Hon Yakav Ansari, Hon Tara GC, and Hon Kalpana Pandey are the members of the loose forum of the Provincial Assembly members. The "consultation program on constitutional rights and responsibility for early childhood development in provincial structure" — graced by chief guest Hon Sudarashan Baral, Minister for Social Development and chaired by Hon Sita Kumari Poudel, Member of Federal ECD Caucus — was organized by Federal ECD Caucus in collaboration with Province Government, Province-5, technical support by Seto Gurans NCDS and support from Plan International. Hon Til Bahadur Mahat Chhetri and Hon Durga Kumari BK also honored the program from federal ECD Caucus.
