Warm Welcome to His Excellency Mr Hanan Goder, Ambassador of Israel to Nepal, at Seto Gurans National Child Development Services

His Excellency Mr Goder visited to Seto Gurans National Child Development Services in Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur today (16th Feb 2021).

Prof Dr Prem Narayan Aryal, Executive Board Member of SGNCDS and Vice-chancellor of Pokhara University, welcomed His Excellency Mr Goder at Seto Gurans NCDS office. Chairperson Mr Jaya Ram Giri including other executive board members highlighted the organizational activities in the short meeting.

In the meantime, Ms Agatha Thapa, founder of the organization, recalled the support (training) from the government of Israel and was delighted to share her payback in the country on ECD campaign after the training in Israel.

The board members shared on organizational aspects [progress, program, challenges and future plan] with the ambassador, especially the sustainable change brought with the support from the Government of Israel on human resource development and its result. Furthermore, chairperson of the organization highlighted the organization and requested for the support on sustainable growth and quality enhancement of early childhood development programs.

His Excellency Mr Goder said that he was well known about the ECD programs conducted by Seto Gurans NCDS and adored the initiatives of the organization. He added: "I always say three things "education, education and education", which is the only way to bring changes and progress in the country. These three things meant: (1) Investment in Education and Infrastructure: (2) Investment in Human Resource of Education: (3) Investment in Development of the ECD Resource Materials."
