Seto Gurans National Child Development Services (SGNCDS) invites applications from qualified illustrators/creative consultants to develop child-friendly illustrations for children’s comic stories under the Plan International Nepal–supported project “Strengthening Evidence-Based Capacity at National–THRIVE.”

Under this assignment, the selected consultant will be responsible for developing illustrations only for 10 comic stories, with 10 illustrations per story (total 100 illustrations), targeting children aged 2–8 years. The illustrations should be engaging, inclusive, culturally sensitive, and appropriate for young children, and aligned with the story content and guidance provided by SGNCDS.

Interested candidates are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals as per the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
